This study a descriptive research, data collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires and analyzed with qualitative descriptive techniques. Results the internal control on effectiveness at the Puskesmas was considered effective with a score of 39 according to the COSO Internal Control Framework Analysis table. The conclusion of this study is that the control environment in the service section of the Puskesmas is good. From the elements in the control environment components that have been carried out according to procedures. The control activities carried out by the Puskesmas regarding control in the service section are quite good. The risk assessment of services at the Puskesmas to serve patients in the service unit section is considered to be quite good. Information and communication at the Puskesmas can be said to be good. Monitoring activities carried out by the Puskesmas in the service unit section have been said to be good. ER -
