Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how employee satisfaction with the policies implemented by management. Respondents in this study were all permanent employees of PDAM, amounting to 60 people, all of which were used as research samples. Data is collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analysis of the results of the tabulation of the respondents' answers then explained in the categories that have been determined. The results of employee satisfaction surveys on management policies are assessed based on employee satisfaction with the performance of PDAM Gunung Poteng which includes Organizational Aspects, Job Aspects, Aspects of personal and career development, Work Environment Aspects, Benefits aspects and aspects of commitment and corporate values. The results showed that the survey based on the six aspects studied were only two aspects which stated that employees were satisfied with management policies, namely the Organizational Aspect with a score of 4.02 and the Employment Aspect with a score of 3.88, while the four other aspects stated that the employee felt dissatisfied namely covering Personal and Career Development Aspects with a score of 3.52 Aspects of the work environment with a score of 3.65, Benefit Aspects with a score of 3.44, Commitment Aspects and Company Value with a score of 3.51
