Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the services of the Sebangkau’s Healthcare BPJS patients. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the method of data analysis is to use qualitative methods. The population is all BPJS Kesehatan patients who seek treatment at the Sebangkau’s Community Health Center where the sample used is 100 people.The research tool used to analyze the level of service is the dimension of service quality which includes Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy (Emphaty) and Physical Evidence (Tangibles). The results of the study based on the re-average value of each question item on the five dimensions of service quality are three point eighty nine seen from the range of values ​​then categorized as satisfactory. Suggestions that can be put forward based on the research results are to improve services and look for effective and efficient strategies so that they can increase patient confidence in utilizing the products offered by health services.
