Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the form of motivation on employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang, to determine the effect of motivation on employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang, to determine the form of evaluation of employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang. The variable that has the highest effect on employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang is the work motivation variable. Because in the work motivation variable, employees feel appropriate and satisfied with the work motivation that has been given by the company to PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang. The second variable that affects employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) UPK Singkawang is the work evaluation variable. This can be seen from the evaluation variable indicators that employees are very fast and responsive in dealing with problems that occur within the company and are quick in responding to problems that occur in the community so that they can help companies to become better in improving employee performance at PT PLN (Persero). UPK Singkawang and provide good service to the community.
