ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN SPP PADA SEKOLAH RAUDHATUL ATHFAL MASJID RAYA SINGKAWANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a clear overview of the tuition fee payment system and analyze the internal control system at Raudhatul Athfal Masjid Raya Singkawang School. The focus is for the school to understand and manage the control and smoothness of administrative processes, as well as make informed decisions to avoid potential errors and fraud. The research method used is descriptive with a case study approach at Raudhatul Athfal Masjid Raya Singkawang School, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the recording of tuition fee payments is still inadequate, although the internal control system is sufficient. In conclusion, the implementation of a computerized system can facilitate access to tuition payment information, save costs, and improve operational efficiency. It is recommended to provide training to school staff on the use of the new computer system, ensure a good understanding from all parties, and optimize its use to enhance administrative management ease.
