Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the ratio of debt to equity, current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the return on equity in non-bank companies included in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. This study uses secondary data and the data collection technique used is documentary studies. The results show that whether the debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and total asset turnover simultaneously affect the return on equity ratio. The results also show that partially, the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on the return on equity ratio, the current ratio has a positive but not significant effect on the return on equity ratio, and total asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on the return on equity ratio.
