ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN SPP PADA SMP TORSINA 1 SINGKAWANG

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the SPP payment system, information systems  that can be carried out on SPP payments, how the internal control system at Torsina 1 SMP Singkawang. So that the school can know the smoothness and control in the administrative process to avoid errors that will occur. The research method is a descriptive method in the form of case studies in schools. Method of data collection through interviews, observation, documentary. The results of the study indicate that the SPP payment activity is still inadequate when viewed from the recording system, but the internal control is sufficient. The conclusion that the SPP payment activity is the making and distribution of SPP cards to students with complete data,  payments are recorded in the daily payment book, control book and SPP card according to the date of payment. Then for warnings and billing SPP is done if there is a student delay in paying SPP.
