ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI KERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH MTs AL NURUSSHIBYAN SINGKAWANG
Abstract
The purpose of the author in conducting research is to determine the factors associated with the work motivation of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al Nurusshibyan School in Singkawang Education is an important key in increasing human resources today, with quality education will create quality and quality human resources in order to create a professional workforce. To create quality resources requires the cooperation of all parties involved, namely the principal, teachers, administrative workers, and students. In an indicator there are several that can be used to determine teacher performance. In this study, there are three indicators of teacher attendance (absenteeism), work motivation as seen from the number of teacher turns and student graduation rates. In these three indicators, it can be concluded that the role of a teacher is important in motivating to improve their performance in advancing education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al Nurusshibyan Singkawangby using analysis of hygiene factors and motivational driving factors. This study used qualitative research methods. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
