Analisis Faktor-Faktor Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Toko Bangunan Laris
Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out what are the work motivation factors of employees at best-selling building stores. The analytical method used is a descriptive method in the form of a survey. Data collection techniques use interview methods, questionnaires and document studies. The population of this study were all employees at best-selling building stores. Sampling used the census method where the entire population was used as the research sample. The results of this research show that most of the motivational factors in the variables can motivate respondents at work, such as achievement, recognition, the work itself, responsibility, progress, interpersonal relationships, company administration/policies, supervision, salary and conditions. Work. It can be concluded that in this study the overall work motivation index of employees at best-selling building stores is categorized as very high.
