This study evaluates the financial performance of PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry Tbk using financial ratios. Employing a descriptive method and secondary data from the company’s annual reports (2018-2022), the analysis focuses on four main ratios: liquidity (current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, cash turnover), solvency (debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, long-term debt to equity ratio, times interest earned ratio), profitability (net profit margin, return on investment, return on equity), and market value (earnings per share, price-earnings ratio, book value per share, price to book value). The results show a decline in liquidity ratios over the past five years, indicating a decreased ability to meet short-term obligations. Despite this, the company remains able to meet these obligations, thus still considered liquid. Solvency ratios reveal a healthy financial state, although there has been an increased reliance on debt for financing assets and operations. Profitability ratios indicate strong performance in generating profits. Market value ratios suggest the company's stock is performing well and is attractive to investors. Overall, PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry Tbk demonstrates strong financial health with robust profitability and market value, despite some concerns in liquidity.

The rapid advancements in science and technology enable swift and convenient actions and enjoyment for individuals. This shift in lifestyle impacts societal eating habits, favoring practicality. Consequently, fast-food restaurants have emerged to cater to busy schedules. This trend presents new opportunities for the industry to satisfy customer needs. This study aims to analyze the impact of price, brand image, and service quality on customer satisfaction at KFC Singkawang Grand Mall. Conducted as a quantitative research, data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire from a sample of one hundred respondents. Data analysis utilized SPSS version 27. Findings reveal that price, brand image, and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction at KFC Singkawang Grand Mall. Specifically, price, brand image, and service quality all exhibit positive effects on customer satisfaction, as indicated by regression coefficients and significance values. These results underscore the importance of these factors in shaping customer satisfaction in the fast-food industry.

ANALISIS PENGARUH INFLUENCER MARKETING DAN SOCIAL PROOF TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE DI LKP PELITA GEMILANG MANDARIN SINGKAWANG

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of influencer marketing and social proof on the purchasing decisions of Shopee consumers at LKP Pelita Gemilang Mandarin in Singkawang. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The population used in this study is consumers who use the Shopee application at LKP Pelita Gemilang Mandarin Singkawang, the number of whom is unknown. Therefore, the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. The results of the study indicate that, based on the simultaneous test, the variables influencer marketing and social proof together have an effect on the variable purchase decision. However, based on the partial test, it was found that the influencer marketing variable did not significantly affect the purchase decision variable, while the social proof variable did. Based on the results of the determination coefficient (R2), it was found that the influence of the influencer marketing and social proof variables was 0.429, or 42.9 percent.
