Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of education services carried out by SMP Torsina Singkawang City by using the SWOT analysis approach. This research uses a descriptive research method. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. In analyzing the data used qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Data analysis tools used in this study are using the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFE), Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFE), TOWS / SWOT Matrix, and Ansoff Matrix.
