Studi Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Profitabilitas Pada PT Bukit Asam Tbk: Implikasi bagi Investor

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk is a coal mining company that has experienced a significant decline in annual profits over the past two years. This study aims to analyze the liquidity, solvency, and profitability of PT Bukit Asam Tbk from 2017 to 2021. Utilizing a descriptive research method and time series analysis, secondary data was sourced from the company's financial reports available on https://www.ptba.co.id/. The findings reveal that the best Current Ratio was in 2019, the best Quick Ratio in 2021, the best Cash Ratio in 2018, and the best Cash Turnover in 2021. Solvency metrics showed that 2019 was the optimal year for debt to assets, debt to equity, and long-term debt to equity ratios. Profitability indicators, including Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity, were highest in 2021. These results highlight the financial fluctuations and key performance areas of the company over the analyzed period.
