Peran Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Guru Di SDS Torsina III Singkawang
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in improving the quality of teachers at SDS Torsina III Singkawang. This study used a sample of 32 people in SDS Torosina III. The research method used is descriptive research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study used qualitative analysis, namely by describing the results of the questionnaires distributed and seeing the answers from respondents through the questionnaire. The answers are grouped according to the existing criteria, then from each answer are collected and added up. From the results of the sum of the data, the percentage is known and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of the research which analyzed the role of the principal in improving the quality of teachers, it can be seen that the manager, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator variables have been very good, causing an increase in teacher performance. The results produced are getting better, as well as being a figure who can protect teachers and continue to maintain cohesiveness and harmony in the school environment.
