Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of recruitment and compensation on the performance of Suzuki Finance Indonesia Singkawang employees. This research took a sample of 24 Suzuki Finance Indonesia Singkawang employees. This research uses quantitative methods and descriptive models. The results obtained from this research are that all variables, namely recruitment, compensation and performance variables, have a high level of perception, Through analysis of the influence of partial test results, the recruitment variable has a significant effect on the performance variable with a significance level of 0.033, and the compensation variable also has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneous test results have a positive relation or influence on performance. The coefficient of determination states that 69.6 percent of these two variables influence performance, and 30.4 percent are influenced by other variables.
